Desert Hand Car Wash originally opened in Palm Springs in 1947 and has been in business for more than 75 years. We’re the only 100% Hand Car Wash in the valley and we’ll take special care of your investment. From standard cars, SUV’s and trucks, to vintage, luxury and electric, we treat your car as if it was our own. Some of our valued employees have been with Desert Hand Car Wash for more than 20 years.

We now have 3 locations to serve you: Palm Springs (The Original), Cat City (in Target Shopping) and Ramon/Cat City (at Cathedral Cyn)! Desert Hand Car Wash is locally and LGBTQ+ owned and operated.
